Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the KIAN Foundation website and E-commerce platform, operated by KIAN Foundation Pvt Ltd. By accessing any part of the website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

1. Products & Services: KIAN Foundation offers original physical artworks for sale through its website. Each artwork is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity to ensure provenance and genuineness.

Customers can opt to receive artworks in one of the following packaging formats, each incurring additional charges:                                                                                              ● Framed          ● Rolled in a protective paper tube          ● Secured in a wooden crate Packaging preferences and applicable costs are clearly displayed at checkout. The customer bears the full cost of the chosen packaging option.

2. Order Fulfillment & Shipping: Orders are processed upon successful receipt of full payment. All artworks are shipped 7 (seven) days after the order is placed. This period accounts for packaging, inspection, and handling. Shipping timelines may vary depending on the customer’s location and shipping provider delays, for which KIAN Foundation is not responsible.

3. Returns Policy: Returns are accepted only when the artwork arrives damaged.

To request a return:

● The customer must email info@kianfoundation.com within the same calendar day of receiving the order.

● If the return is approved, the full purchase amount (excluding payment gateway charges, taxes, framing costs and shipping costs) will be refunded to the original payment method within 15 business days.

4. Refund Policy: Refunds are strictly provided only in cases where the artwork arrives damaged. The following conditions apply:

● The customer must provide clear video documentation showing the package being opened upon arrival, clearly displaying the damage.

● Photographs alone will not be considered valid evidence unless accompanied by an opening video.

● All damage claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery via email to info@kianfoundation.com along with all documentation.

● Refunds, if approved, will cover only the artwork cost. Framing or packaging costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.

KIAN Foundation reserves the right to verify the evidence provided and determine whether a return and refund is applicable. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days upon claim approval.

 

5. Cancellations: Orders once placed with subsequent transactions completed cannot be cancelled. KIAN Foundation is not obliged to entertain any such requests once order is placed.

 

6. Intellectual Property: All content published on this website including but not limited to text, images, logos, and artworks, are the intellectual property of KIAN Foundation or respective artists, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without explicit permission.

7. Limitation of Liability: KIAN Foundation shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or the delivery of our products. While we ensure all artworks are handled and packaged with the utmost care, any delay in shipment due to third-party logistics providers is outside our control.
